Mayor David Horton
Mayor David Horton decided on May 8,2024 to step down from his duties as mayor of The Town of Troutville to focus on his health and family.
Please join us in thanking David for his devotion, leadership, and dedicated hard work for the Town of Troutville. During his time as mayor, David had many accomplishments for which he and the Town can be thankful.
We wish David and his family all the best and look forward to seeing him around town!
